Crockpot Wonton Soup

There’s nothing quite like the comfort of a steaming bowl of wonton soup, and this Crockpot Wonton Soup makes enjoying it easier than ever. With the rich, savory base of chicken broth and soy sauce, a touch of fresh ginger for warmth, and tender mushrooms for depth, every spoonful is full of cozy flavor. Frozen wontons make this recipe wonderfully simple, while baby bok choy and scallions bring a burst of freshness at the finish. Just set it in your slow cooker, let the flavors mingle all day, and you’ll have a restaurant-worthy soup ready to ladle up with almost no effort. Perfect for chilly nights, busy days, or whenever you need a little comfort in a bowl.

You will need the following to make this Crockpot Wonton Soup –

6 C Chicken Broth
1/2 C Soy Sauce

1 inch Ginger, minced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 C Scallions, sliced white part
1 1/2 C Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
4 Baby Bok Choy, quartered
16 oz Frozen Wontons of your choice
