Hop into Spring with Brooklyn Bean Roastery Colombian Coffee!

Though the days are starting to get longer, I still need help getting a jump start in the morning. And this week has been particularly challenging because Peyton has been ill. I was every so grateful when a box of Brooklyn Bean Roastery Colombian k-cups arrived on my doorstep. That is one of my favorite things about Brooklyn Bean Roastery, it is delivered! No matter what is going in my life, no matter how crazy it gets, I can always count on my Brooklyn Bean Roastery to arrive.

brooklyn bean roastery colombian roastSo this month I’m diving into the Colombian medium roast. And I must say, this is my favorite so far! The second the Colombian coffee started filling my cup I could sense this was going to be good! The aroma that filled the air was heavenly. I normally don’t get so excited over coffee but with this one, I was. It’s like walking into your favorite coffee shop on a brisk morning and being surrounded by warm yummy goodness. I’m not sure how to really describe it, but let me just tell you, it made me feel good. I couldn’t wait to get my hand on that coffee!

The color of the coffee is beautiful! It’s hard to get a picture of it, plus I added cream to my coffee so it changes it. But it’s a beautiful amber. Sugar and creamer is a must for me but I did find myself cutting back on both of these. The Colombian roast is a coffee you are going to want to savor, so try it without anything at first, and then, if you must slowly add in your sugar and cream. You’ll probably use less than normal, at least I did.

I really have enjoyed our time with Brooklyn Bean Roastery over the past few months. Every box of coffee I have tried has been of the highest quality. And you know why? Because they have a set list of 5 quality controls that all the coffee must go through!

brooklyn bean roastery colombian roast k cupsHere is their list of quality controls that every coffee must go through –

Visual inspection – only the best coffee beans make the initial cut.
Supervisor-monitored grinding – A little secret: if it’s too coarse, it won’t brew properly; if it’s too fine, the coffee gets bitter.
Portion quality control – precisely the right amount is packed to ensure the best brew every time.
Filled and sealed pods are individually hand-checked for perfection.
Brewed coffee samples are consistently taken for aroma and taste testing checks.

I think I would be a perfect aroma and taste tester!

And the best part is, they said I could give a case away to one of my lovely readers! So hurry and enter below!! Then keep scrolling and check out the rest of the giveaways going on this month too!
