How to Create the Perfect Iced Coffee with Cold Foam with Two Rivers Coffee

April 15, 2019 By Shanna 13 Comments

I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services and believe will be good for my readers. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 255: "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising."Spring is fighting to make its way through here in Minnesota. And one of my favorite things to drink in the summer is iced coffee! I still want my daily coffee but with the warmer temperatures, I rather have it cold. So today I am going to show you how to make your own iced coffee with cold foam at home with Two Rivers Bold Sampler Pack.

Two Rivers Bold Sampler Pack is a great way to try out several different flavors of bold brews without investing in a whole case. With brands like Brooklyn Bean, Hamilton Mills, Java Factory, Realtree, and Workaholics included in the package you have a nice variety to chose from. You’ll find dark roast, medium roast as well as double caffeinated in this pack too. It’s the perfect sample pack for someone who likes a bold, strong coffee to start the day.

Besides the Two Rivers Kcups, you will also need an ice cube tray, blender, and fat-free milk to recreate this tasty little treat at home.

The first step is to go through your sampler pack and choose a coffee you would like to try. You’ll need 2 kcups to make this recipe. Once you decide on which ones you would like to use go ahead and get your Keurig ready to brew.

Double brew the first kcup on the largest setting. Let it cool down a little, then pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.

The reason I use frozen coffee in my iced coffee is to avoid the coffee from getting diluted or water downed. Using frozen coffee keeps your iced coffee strong and tasting the same all the way to the very end.

Next, take your second Kcup and double brew again on the highest setting and place in the fridge to chill.

In a few hours, the ice cubes will be frozen and the coffee chilled. Then it’s time to make your drink!

Place the frozen ice cubes in a glass.

Pour over your chilled coffee.

Now, it’s time to make your cold foam! Place your non-fat milk, skim or 2%, in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Pour over your iced coffee.

Iced Coffee with Cold Foam and Two Rivers Bold Sampler PackIt’s that simple! And now you have your very own, gourmet, bistro quality, iced coffee with cold foam in the comfort of your home at a fraction of the price!

Enter to win your own case of Two Rivers Coffee Bold Sampler Pack and make this recipe yourself!

I also enjoy iced coffee! I like the idea of freezing the coffee in ice cube trays so it doesn’t get diluted.
