As many of you know, Peyton’s in 1st grade. We’ve dealt with a lot of illnesses this year. We’ve had 2 rounds of strep throat, several colds, a stomach virus and the school had a head lice outbreak! Thankfully we were spared the head lice. But with all those illnesses it made me think of things her teacher could do to help promote a healthy environment. Immediately, I thought of essential oils. I use them all the time, at home, at work, in the car, away on vacation. I am a firm believer that they can help kill germs in your environment. So, I decided to make a little essential oil survival kit for my daughter’s teacher.
I knew I wanted to gift her a variety of essential oils that are known to help promote health. But I needed to give her a way to administer them. She can’t go around spraying the kids with essential oils alls day. 1. She doesn’t have the time and 2. I think some parents would complain. But she can run a diffuser in her room before the students arrive and after they leave! So I gave her the Reidea Aroma Diffuser.
The Reidea Aroma Diffuser will help her deliver the essential oils into the environment. It’s very simple to use. Simply fill the reservoir with water, add a few drops of your preferred essential oil (I am always diffusing lemon for various reasons), plug it in and turn it on. That’s all there is to it, the diffuser will do the rest. The diffuser will shut off when it’s out of water, so you can literally turn on the Reidea Aroma Diffuser and walk away.
I also love the wood look, it’s classic and sophisticated. Granted we are only talking about 1st grade here, but everyone likes pretty items in their work environment. Another feature of the Reidea Aroma Diffuser is the 7 changing mood lights. There are various settings. You can have it rotate through each color or set it to one particular color. You can even adjust the brightness of the light.
If you are looking for a teacher gift idea or just want to help someone live a healthier lifestyle I suggest gifting them a diffuser, a selection of essential oils and a book on how to use the oils.
