Quick and Simple Hobo Meals

What is a Hobo meal? Well, it's a variety of veggies, hamburger, spices and butter wrapped up in tinfoil and either baked or grilled. Hobo meals are quick and simple to make. Quick Back to School Dinners

Kid Version Chicken Parmesan

I would love to be the mom that has wonderful homemade meal on the table every night for my daughter. But the reality is I am a single mom and we get home at 6 pm every night.
