I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services and believe will be good for my readers. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 255: "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising."Can you believe it’s already the middle of June? The month is flying by. It feels like just yesterday I started reading Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion. I was just starting on my journey. Looking for a new way, a way that would work for me to help me lose the extra weight and be healthier. I wanted a plan that did not focus on deprivation, had tasty food, and was realistic. Always Eat After 7 PM fits all those.

Over the past month I’ve read Always Eat After 7 PM and I’ve implemented many new habits into my life. But the one thing I really love about Always Eat After 7 PM is the food. The recipes are full of flavor, they are fully and extremely satisfying. Plus, Peyton will eat them too! She has been enjoying the same food as me which is a huge plus. I don’t have the time nor the desire to cook 2 completely different meals at every mealtime.  I’ve been able to set healthy, realistic goals for myself that I am standing by.

“Always Eat After 7 pm is a three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically eating big when you are naturally hungriest—in the evening. This may sound too good to be true, but let me assure you it is no gimmick. It’s all about making strategic and smart food swaps, and you can still eat your favorite foods.” – Joel Marion

The strategy in Always Eat After 7 PM works very well for my lifestyle and my natural habits. I always eat my biggest meal in the evening, my days are so crazy that I just naturally eat a larger dinner and smaller meals throughout the day. I like having a diet plan that supports my habits and is teaching me how to eat strategically so I can keep on track on losing weight.

My plans for the remainder of the summer is to take what I’ve learned from Joel Marion and his book Always Eat After 7 PM and keep practicing it in my daily routine until I reach my goals.
