Princess Castle Bento Box

Princess Castle Bento Box

I'm loving my new set of princess cookie cutters, so today I made peanut butter and grape jelly castle sandwiches! Peyton said she needed two sandwiches because once you cut them into the shape they are too small. So be mindful when using cookie cutters. Sometimes you may have to make two sandwiches to give the kids a decent size sandwich. To help combat waste, I try to use the peanut butter and jelly in the center where the cookie cutter shape will be. Then I'm only wasting the bread. As I was ...

Hit the Beach with No Worries

Sunwukin Waterproof Phone Case

This past Spring I had my iPhone stolen while picking up a to-go order at a local restaurant. Because I was under contract I ended up paying a hefty price tag for my new iPhone. It was crazy expensive. Now I am watching this phone like a hawk and trying to protect it from anything I can. What's the worst thing that can happen to your phone? WATER. How can I protect my brand, spanking new iPhone 6s Plus from water? With a waterproof case! And yes, they really do work.  The Sunwukin waterproof ...

Have a Massage Nearly Anywhere

Naturalico Shiatsu Massager

I never knew you could have so many back issues, until I became a parent. Between working long hours at a desk, typing away all day and caring for a small, there are days my neck and shoulders at screaming.  But is it realistic to get daily massages? Nope. There is no time for it and it's financially unrealistic. So what's an alternative? Home massagers. I've tried a few different brands of home massagers and I can honestly say the Naturalico Shiatsu Massager is unlike any of the other massagers ...

We meet Mia, Christopher, Alexis, Ethan and Luis. We also learn about all their interests and what they would like to be when they grow ...

Cheesy Hearts and Crackers Bento Box

Cheesy Hearts and Crackers Bento Box

I'm trying to break Peyton of peanut butter and grape jelly sandwiches so today I made a cheese and cracker lunch box! I took a mini heart cookie cutter with a scalloped edge and cut out 6 Colby Jack cheese hearts. I like to buy the rectangle individually sliced cheese to do this with. I use about 3 slices per bento box meal. And then I have them for my lunches if I want to use them too. I switched out the beef sticks I normally buy to turkey sticks. Just thought turkey would be a little ...

Fly Over America

Fly Over America

There's a new attraction out at the Mall of America! Peyton and I just had to go check out Fly Over America. It's located inside of Nickelodeon Universe between the Peeps Company and Hard Rock Cafe.  I would say it's more of an attraction than a ride. Fly Over America does take a little while to go through and enjoy so I would set aside about a half hour for the experience. If there's a line, plan on spending more time. When you first arrive to Fly Over America, you'll stop at a ticket counter ...
