I cannot believe that we will be on a plane heading to Disney World this time tomorrow! I cannot wait. I'm super super excited!! So, to celebrate our Florida escape we made Mini Maui Banana Bread! Why mini? Because they are perfect for school lunches, snacks or even to take on an airplane with you. These are TSA approved. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

If you like chocolate and peanut butter then these cookies are for you. It's a classic twist on the peanut butter blossom cookie. Whenever I bring these Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies to a get together they are a huge hit. The secret to their popularity is not overbaking the cookie. To make these Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies you'll need the following - 1 ...

Mega Stuffed Oreo Cookie Brownies

I made these Mega Stuffed Oreo Cookie Brownies for my nephew's birthday party. They were a huge hit! This recipe only makes 12 brownies so I was glad I made them a double batch.  Not one brownie survived the night. The boys polished off all 24 brownies before the sleepover saw the light of morning. You can use double stuffed Oreo or extreme stuffed Oreo cookies but I would not use the original Oreo cookies. The more cream filling the Oreo has the better they turn out. So for these brownies, I ...

Ninja Foodi Butternut Squash Cauliflower Soup

One of my favorite things to make for dinner in the fall is soup. And now that I'm using my Ninja Foodi, I can make delicious homemade soups in 30 minutes or less! It's amazing how quickly a pressure cooker can infuse all the delicious spices and seasonings and help make a scrumptious soup so quickly. Today, I'm making butternut squash cauliflower soup. It's one of my favorite fall soups but I always thought it would take forever to make. I'm happy to report, in less than 30 minutes you can make ...
